TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

  1. GENERAL

To make a booking online, you will be required to provide certain information including your full name. The name of booking holder must match with that of the registered guest staying at the hotel. You may be required to present an original and valid government-issued photo identification upon check-in for the purpose of verifying identity.

The price of your booking and the terms upon which payment and cancellations are made will vary according to your room, booking type and other factors, and you will be notified of these terms at the time of booking.

Your booking is confirmed once we have issued a booking confirmation with a valid confirmation number, that will confirm the details of your booking, and send it to you by email.

  1. PRICE

Price includes (i) room charge; (ii) service charges at the rate of 10% of the room rate; and (iii) the applicable taxes. Other hotel-specific service charges may also apply. Please check with hotel for more details.           

Please see below the applicable tax rates for each hotel, which shall be calculated based on the room rate per night. These taxes are already included in the Price.

  1. PAYMENT

You may choose to either (a) pre-pay for your booking, in which case your credit card will be charged with the full price of the booking, on a non-refundable basis, at the time of booking; or (b) pay for your booking later, upon your arrival at the hotel.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

(a) If you have pay online in full at the time of booking:

Once you have booked a room and it has been confirmed by us, no refund will be made. Cancellation of your booking and/or failure to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your pre-paid amount in full. Taxes and service charge will apply.

(b) If you choose to pay later:

Your booking will be held until 14:00 for Philippines and 16:00 for Thailand on the scheduled date of arrival. If you fail to check-in by 14:00 (PH and TH), we reserve the right to cancel your booking and charge you for the first night, in which case the room will be immediately released and made available to other guests.

If you wish to check-in after 14:00 (local hotel time), please contact the hotel to provide your credit card details (to guarantee your booking; we will not charge yet) and avoid cancellation.

  1. CHANGES

Once you have booked a room and it has been confirmed by us, no amendments or changes to booking details (e.g. name and number of guests, number of rooms, and arrival and departure dates, etc.) can be made.

Upon receipt of booking confirmation, if you believe that any details on the booking confirmation are incorrect, you must contact us immediately. 

  1. PARKING

Free parking is only available at certain hotels. Availability is limited and is provided on a first come, first served basis. 

  1. RED MEMBER DISCOUNT

A registered RED member who makes a booking through the Red Planet Platform, i.e. www.redplanethotels.com and Red Planet mobile application, will receive exclusive benefits as follows:

(1) 10% discount on the room charge for website bookings; 15% discount on the room charge for app bookings (service charges and applicable taxes included); and

(2) 25% discount on the room charge (service charges and applicable taxes included) when staying at any Red Planet hotels during your birth month (the booking can be made before your birth month). The discount also applies to any number of consecutive nights in the month following your birth month at the same hotel, provided, that you must check-in during your birth month.

To avail these benefits, you must be the only individual using your membership account (i.e. the booking must be made in your name); and be one of the registered guests who check-in and stay at the hotel for the entire period of the booking.

You will be required to present your original and valid government-issued photo identification with the birthdate imprinted for verification upon check-in. If you fail to do so, your booking will be cancelled. Should you wish to re-book the room, the rates offered will be the prevailing rates as at time of the new booking.

  1. MODIFICATION

We reserve the right to modify and/or supplement these Term and Conditions of Booking at any time, in which case the new version of the Terms Conditions of Booking will be updated on the Red Planet Platform, and will automatically apply for all customers with immediate effect.

  1. PET POLICY

(1) Starting 01 June - 31 October 2023, Red Planet Manila Binondo will allocate one entire floor (23 rooms) for you and your pets.

(2) We can only allow one pet per room, with a non-refundable PHP 600.00 pet fee per night, per room.

(3) Allowed pets are domestic dogs and cats (max 2 ft on all fours), caged hamsters, guinea pigs, and rabbits.

(4) Dogs and cats should be fully vaccinated for rabies, distemper, leptospirosis, parvovirus and parainfluenza. Your pet's vaccination card must be presented prior to check-in for yours and other pets' safety.

(5) Your pets must be healthy and well-groomed. Your pets must be leashed or put in a pet-carrier when in the hotel's public areas. For cat owners, you must bring your own litter and litter box.

(6) Dogs must wear diapers at all times, especially in public areas of the hotel.

(7) All pet needs (equipment, towels, food / water dish, pet carrier, food & water and the like) are to be provided by the guest.

(8) Use of the hotel's towels & linens for pets may incur additional charges.

(9) The guest accepts full responsibility for any property damage and / or personal injuries resulting from their pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's account commensurate to the cost of any damage.

(10) Pet-Friendly Areas shall be: designated pet-friendly guest rooms, main lobby, receiving lobby, 2nd floor balcony, main entrance.

(11) The guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel premises, and properly disposing of their waste at designated disposal areas.

(12) Pets are not allowed to be left inside the room without the owner / guest. The hoteldoes not offer “pet-sitting” services, and shall not be responsible to look after the guest’s pet.

(13) During room cleaning, the guest is requested to exit the room with their pet.

(14) Pets are required to check-out with the guest. Any pets which are left inside the room after check-out shall be considered abandoned and reported to the animal welfare authorities.

(15) Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners, and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest's pet.
